摘 要:基于计算流体力学(CFD)的数值模拟,研究了开式汽车风洞试验段尺寸参数对风洞试验的影响。探讨了开式汽车风洞试验的影响因素,进行了不同汽车风洞喷口大小、集气口大小、试验段长度对气动阻力测量试验影响的数值模拟研究,得出了气动阻力系数随风洞尺寸参数的变化趋势。研究表明,风洞喷口尺寸大小对试验影响较大,风洞集气口尺寸和试验段长度对试验有影响,但相对喷口尺寸影响比较小。对开式风洞气室的影响也进行了初步探讨,研究表明,气室的存在对气动阻力系数的影响不大。The effects of the test section geometry of the open type automotive wind tunnel on the test results were investigated by numerical simulation based on computational fluid dynamics(CFD).The factors affecting the test in the open type automotive wind tunnel were discussed.The effects of the nozzle section area,the collector section area and the test section length on the measurement of aerodynamic drag coefficient were studied by numerical simulations to obtain the change trends of the aerodynamic drag coefficient along with these geometric changes.The results show that the nozzle area affects the drag significantly,the collector area and the test section length have less effect than that of the nozzle area.The effect of the air chamber was also explored preliminarily and it was found that the air chamber affects little on the aerodynamic drag coefficient.
