摘　　要：随着《教师法》的贯彻实施，教师的待遇有了巨大的改善。社会和学生家长对重点校、重点班过度关注，这不能体现公平教育。我们必须运用法律武器保障教育的均衡发展。《教师法》要求：制止有害于学生的行为。学校、家长和社会共同努力，抵制网络猛虎，帮助问题少年。我们必须严格遵守《教师法》的规定：不准体罚学生。为了孩子们的未来，依法治教，依法育人，共创美好的明天!Since The Law of Teachers was carried out, the welfare of teachers have been greatly improved. Parents and the whole society pay much attention to key schools,thus,fairness of education can＇t be embodied. We must balance the development of education by using law tools. The Teachers＇ Law says, any action which is harmful to students must be stopped. Parents, schools as well as the society should work together to fight against bad netbars and help addicted children. We have to follow the rules of the Teachers＇ Law： Don＇t punish children＇s bodies. We must educate students according to the law,so that all the children can have a bright future!
