摘　　要：基于高职院校教育规律和教学特点,探索高职院校工作量考评办法,提出了制定教学工作量考评应采取和遵循的原则,并制定出教师工作量的具体计算方法,对其他高职院校在制定教学工作量时提供参考.Based on the educational laws and instructional characteristics of higher vocational colleges, this paper groped for the solution to assessment of teacher＇s workolad, put forth the adoptable and observable principles and worked out the concrete calculating method, which provided reference for other higher vocational colleges in defining the teaching workload.
