摘　　要：阐述了菜籽饼粕中硫甙的降解途径和各种毒素的存在形式,并指出目前分析测定硫甙、噁唑烷硫酮、异硫氰酸酯、腈类和硫氰酸酯等毒素中存在的一些问题,以期为今后的研究提供参考。The degradation pathway of glucosinolates and existing form of toxins in the rapeseed meal（cake）were described,and several problems in the determination of glucosinolates,oxazolidine,isothiocyanate,nitriles and thiocyanate were pointed out so as to provide guidance for following research.
