高职院校学生职业指导课程需求调查与分析

摘　　要：采用自编的《职业指导课程需求调查问卷》调查发现,高职院校学生关于职业指导课程的需求内容、授课方式、开课形式、开课时间与课时、系列课程模块、学习目的、教师类型、教材类型、考核方式等方面呈现一些共同特点。据此,高职院校应充分认识并高度重视职业指导课程的重要性,建立全方位多层次的职业指导课程支持系统,加强职业指导师资队伍建设,组织专门力量编写职业指导教材,重视学生课外实践活动,加强对职业指导工作的研究。Investigation on higher vocational school students by Professional Guidance Curriculum Demand Questionnaire show that,there exist come common characteristics in curriculum content,teaching mode,teaching time,curriculum module,learning objective,teacher,teaching material and examination type of professional guidance curriculum demanded by higher vocational school students.According to the characteristics,higher vocational colleges should fully recognize and attach great importance on professional guidance curriculum,build multi-dimension and multi-level support system for professional guidance curriculum,strengthen the construction of teaching staff,pay attention to practice activities outside classroom,etc.
