摘　　要：以脱脂蛋黄粉为原料,采用柱层析法制备供注射用富含卵磷脂蛋黄磷脂,对所得产品进行详细分析测试,其各项指标均符合我国药典质量标准,并与国外同类产品进行比较。This article presents technical processes of acquiring injectable lecithin （i.e. yolk phospholipids ） with defatted egg yolk power by column chromatography. Detailed examination and analyses on the product reveal that all the tested items meet quality standards of Chinese Pharmacopeia. Comparisons with similar products imported from foreign countries are also performed.
