摘　　要：高校在创新人才培养中具有无可替代的重要作用,校园文化建设有助于激发大学生的创造个性,激活大学生的创造潜能,奠定知识创新、能力创新的基础。要使校园文化建设有效服务于创新型人才的培养,高校要大力弘扬创新文化,健全大学生学术科技运行机制,建立系统的创新活动和实践培训体系,同时积极开展各类课外学术科技活动,努力将大学生培养成为创新型人才。Colleges and universities have an important and irreplaceable role to play in cultivating innovative talents.The development of campus culture helps to stimulate the creative personality of the students,to activate their potential of creativity and lay the foundation for their innovation both in knowledge and ability.In order to make the development of campus culture effectively serve the cultivation of innovative talents,colleges and universities need to： 1.vigorously promote innovative culture;2.improve the operating mechanism of academic science and technology for the students;3.establish a system of innovative activities and practical training;4.launch various extracurricular scientific and technological activities in an effort to make and train students to become innovative talents.
