试析外语教学中学习者的自主性及其培养

摘　　要：外语教学中"以学习者为中心"的课堂教学模式逐步取代传统的模式,将课堂教学的中心由教师转向学生,这就意味着要增强学习者自主性。本文简要介绍了学习者自主性的定义,探讨其影响因素,以及如何培养外语学习者的自主性。这对于外语教学工作者和研究者正确认识和培养外语学习者的自主性有一定的现实意义。In Chinese foreign language learning context, the 'learner-centered' classroom teaching is replacing the traditional one. This means that learner autonomy has to be promoted to meet the needs of new classroom teaching mode. This paper introduces the definitions, investigates some elements of influencing learner autonomy, and some strategies are suggested to foster learner autonomy. It is expected to give some practical guidance to English educators and researchers.
