摘　　要：顶岗实习期既是高职学生把专业理论转化为专业技能、熟悉职业规范并向职业人过渡的关键期,又是其心理危机的多发期。要实现对顶岗实习期学生心理危机的有效预防与干预,必须走出传统纯德育式工作思路与方法的束缚,基于社会工作的视角,组建心理危机预防与干预社会工作机构,采用社区工作法、小组工作方法、个案工作方法进行有效落实。Post practice period is key period for higher vocational school students to transform specialty theory into specialty skills,acquainting professional regulations and making transition to professionals as well as the period of mental crisis occurring frequently.To achieve effective prevention and intervention of students' mental crisis during practice period,teachers must break through traditional working clue and method of pure moral education,organize social working institutions for mental health prevention and intervention,and take the methods of community working,group working and case working,etc.
