摘　　要：本研究提出了一个基于模糊质量功能展开(Quality Function Deployment,QFD)的物流服务供应商选择新方法,阐述了集成模糊理论和QFD方法选择现代第三方物流供应商的步骤,研究一大特色是采用SERVQUAL模型选择合适物流服务供应商选择指标体系,通过这个指标体系企业能够快捷准确的选择具有高度顾客满意度的物流供应商。最后,通过算例说明方法的科学性和合理性。This study proposes a new method to choose logistics service suppliers based on a fuzzy quality function deployment, and then elaborate the steps of the method that integrated QFD and Fuzzy Set Theory to select modern third - party logistics suppliers. One major characteristic of the study is adopting SERVQUAL model to select appropriate selection index system of logistics service suppliers, through which enterprises can quickly and accurately select logistics suppliers with a high degree of customer satisfaction. Finally, examples illuminate scientific and rationality of the method.
