摘  要:在教育和学习过程中,人人都有体会:喜欢促进理解,而理解后就更加喜欢,喜欢(感性)与理解(理性)差别最大但又联系最紧,从而营造着最大的信息势,推动着个体素质的不断成长,所以,感性与理性或情商与智商的彰显与互动是素质形成的内在动力。在势科学理论基础上,阐述了感性及理性或情商与智商产生的教育文化条件和互动的基本规律,从深层次上揭示了素质形成的逻辑机制。In educating and studying process, everybody has cognition: like to promote understanding, and like more after understanding, like (perceptual) it is most tight to be biggest with understanding (reason) difference but again connect. So, construct biggest educational information potential, promotion individual quality grow up constantly. It is perceptual with reason clear show and move mutual is the basic route that quality forms. And on potential scientific theoretical foundation, this paper has elaborated the perceptual and rational or educational cultural condition that emotion quotient (EQ) and intelligence quotient produce and mutual is basically machinemade as moving, from deep level, has revealed the inner law that quality forms.
