摘　　要：目的:考察中小学教师职业倦怠的人口学因素的差异。方法:运用中小学教师职业倦怠问卷对378名中小学教师进行问卷调查。结果:中小学教师的职业倦怠在性别、学校类别、教龄、执教年级和从教原因上差异具有统计学意义。Objectives：To analysis on demographic variables of teachers,occupational burnout.Methods：According to the large sample questionnaire survey to 378 elementary and middle school teachers.Results：Some demographic variables significantly influenced occupational burnout such as gender,whether the school is important,job experience time,whether he taught in secondary school and why he became a teacher.
