摘  要:用疏水性微孔中空纤维膜制成的供氧器,向水溶液或发酵液供氧时,无气泡产生,这种无泡式供氧方式突破了传统的泡式供氧模式,具有传氧效率高,无泡沫产生,抗染菌性好和动力消耗低等特点.用无泡膜式供氧进行了面包酵母菌的发酵试验,产品发酵得率比摇床供氧和自然供氧高一个数量级.理论分析和实验结果显示,无泡式中空纤维膜供氧在发酵、大规模细胞组织培养和生物水处理中有着良好的发展前景.There is no visible bubbles when the bubbleless aerator,which is made of hydrophobic microporous hollow fiber membrane,feeds oxygen into water or fermented liquor.Comparing to the traditional bubble aeration,the bubbleless aeration has advantages of high oxygen transferring efficiency,no foam producing,good resistance to bacterial contamination and low energy exhaustion.A fermentation experiment of the saccharomyces pains fermentation was conducted with the bubbleless aeration,the fermentative output is one order of magnitude higher than that with rotational aeration and natural aeration.The theoretical analysis and experimental results show that the bubbleless aeration has good prospects in the fermentation,the scale up culture of cells tissure and biological water treatment.
