摘  要:目的 研究并建立水产品中铝的捡测方法。方法采用干灰法对水产品进行前处理,以铬天青S分光光度法在620nm波长下比色定量。结果铝在0.5-5.0μg/25mL时,其吸光度与质量浓度之间的回归方程为y=0.104x+0.00132,相关系数为0.9996,检出限为0.31μg,RSD为1.33~3.90%(n=6),加标回收率均为92%-104%。结论方法简便省时、灵敏稳定、干扰少、准确可靠。Objective To study and the establishment of aquatic products in the aluminum detection methods. Methods The dry ash method for preprocessing of aquatic products in order to Chrome Azurol S Spectrophotometry in the 620nm wavelength colorimetric quantification. Results In the 0.5-5.0μg/25mL Aluminum, its absorbance and the concentration of the regression equation y = 0.104x +0.00132, a correlation coefficient of 0.9996, the detection limit of 0.3μg, RSD of 1.33-3.90% (n = 6), recoveries were 92%-104%. Conclusion The method is simple and time-saving, sensitive and stable, less interference, accurate and reliable.
