摘　　要：引入Ｍ－Ｎ型Ｆｕｚｚｙ数，建立了Ｍ－Ｎ梯形Ｆｕｚｙ数空间Ｌ（Ｒ），运用最小平方原理。To Introduces M N Fuzzy numbers, establish a space L(R) of M N trapezoid Fuzzy numbers. By using the priniciple of least squares, we obtain a necessary and sufficient condition that least Fuzzy number do exist and only one in the closed cone.
