摘  要:知识员工的薪酬激励问题是知识经济时代企业管理的重点研究课题。企业应该如何与知识员工建立良好关系,通过什么管理方法吸引、激励并留住知识员工,都成为企业亟待思考的问题。本文在对知识员工需求特点分析的基础上,提出激励知识员工的有效薪酬模式即宽带薪酬,最后提出对知识员工实施宽带薪酬模式过程时的配套保障措施。In the era of knowledge economy, salary incentive for knowledge workers is a key research issue of enterprise management. How should enterprises establish a good relationship with knowledge workers? Through what management methods to attract, motivate and retain knowledge workers? These have become the issues need to be considered urgently by enterprises. Based on the analysis of knowledge workers' demand and it' s characteristics, this paper proposed an effective compensation model: "broadband pay" to stlmulate knowledge workers. Finally, it also brought forward safeguards matching the broadband pay model.
