摘　　要：如何从整体上优化项目虚拟企业各阶段的人力资源管理,是项目能否保质保量完成的关键。本文针对项目虚拟企业的特征,研究其各阶段的人力资源问题。在探讨虚拟企业人力资源管理特点的基础上,分析项目虚拟企业的生命周期及其管理特点,进一步给出各周期人力资源管理的相应对策,为研究项目虚拟企业人力资源管理的优化提供一种新的理论和方法。Aiming at features of project virtualization enterprises, the article studies human resources＇ problems at its various phases. Based on discussing characteristics of human resources management of project virtualization enterprises, this article analyzes life cycle and management features of project virtualization enterprises, bring forward managing methods of human resources at different cycles, thus provides a new theory and method in studying the optimization of human resources management of project virtualization enterprises.
