知识经济视角下的产业集群螺旋型知识共享模型研究

摘　　要：螺旋型知识共享是基于SECI模型的扩展。在知识经济背景下,产业集群经过"隐性—显性—隐性"的知识螺旋,前后衔接,实现知识由低级向高级的变化,最终实现知识共享与创新的螺旋式上升。螺旋型知识共享表现出多维演进、螺旋上升、合作竞争、协同创新等特点。螺旋型知识共享的可能性主要基于知识的非对称性、资本性、时效性等特性,而知识价值链的存在夯实了螺旋型知识共享的客观基础。基于知识经济的产业集群螺旋型知识共享需要强化知识吸纳、转化、创造、扩散、应用等运行过程。The spiral knowledge sharing is based on an extension of SECI model.In the knowledge economy context,the industry clusters through the knowledge thread such as the tacit knowledge to the explicit knowledge and to the tacit knowledge,and back to back,to achieve the high-level knowledge from low level to change,and ultimately to the knowledge sharing and innovation spiral.The performances of the spiral knowledge sharing are the multi-dimensional evolution of spiral,and cooperative competition,and collaborative innovation and so on.The possibility of spiral of knowledge sharing is mainly based on the non-symmetry,capital,timeliness and other properties of the knowledge,and the presence of the knowledge value chain solidified the objective basis for the spiral knowledge sharing.Based on the knowledge-based economy industry,the spiral knowledge sharing of the industrial cluster need to strengthen the knowledge running such as absorb,conversion,creation,proliferation,and applications.
