摘　　要：基于网络信息环境下精品课程教学理念的转变、教学模式的革新、教学方法的多样化及教学手段的灵活性等特点,提出优质教学资源共享机制的建立不仅可发挥精品课程的示范、辐射作用,同时能给学习者创设一种学习环境,营造一种学习氛围,满足学习者的各种学习需求。同时探索适合网络教育运行管理与网络资源建设需要的管理体制。The characteristics of excellent courses under network information environment include the change in teaching philosophy,the innovation of teaching models,the diversification of teaching methods and the flexibility of teaching ways.The essay proposes that the establishment of a sharing mechanism of high quality teaching resources could not only display excellent courses＇ demonstration and radiation effects,but also create a learning atmosphere to meet different learners＇ needs.The essay discusses a management system that meets the demands for the operation and management of network education and the construction of network resources.
