摘　　要：当前职业教育改革成为职业教育工作的重中之重,职业教育的性质决定了社会需求对课程改革起着关键的导向性作用。就各类企业对职业院校毕业生的需求与评价进行了调查分析、研究,在此基础上提出了一些建议。Higher vocational education innovation has become the key point in vocational education career nowadays, and the social demand is the influential guidance for it. Based on this, we investigate different enterprises for their requirement of the qualifications or skills of potential workers and their evaluation of the present personnel. Through analyses and studying, some practical proposals are offered for future performance.
