摘 要:高职对外贸易专业的课程体系中,法律课程如何定位,成为对外贸易专业教学改革的"瓶颈"。要解决这一问题,准确地对法律课程进行定位是关键。法律课程与英语课程同样属于对外贸易专业的工具课程,根据现行法律课程教学存在的问题,构建服务于专业课程的法律课程子系,并按照行动导向的要求,科学合理地整合法律课程的内容,开发简洁高效的法律教材,在教学过程中保持与专业课程之间的衔接与匹配,是突破高职对外贸易专业法律瓶颈的关键所在。How to locate the "legal courses" in the foreign trade major is always the "bottleneck" in its" teaching and learning reforms. In order to solve this problem, the accurate location for the "legal courses" is the key and screw to bottleneck.
