高职院校对外贸易专业法律课程的结构瓶颈及优化——基于行动体系的视角

摘　　要：高职对外贸易专业的课程体系中,法律课程如何定位,成为对外贸易专业教学改革的"瓶颈"。要解决这一问题,准确地对法律课程进行定位是关键。法律课程与英语课程同样属于对外贸易专业的工具课程,根据现行法律课程教学存在的问题,构建服务于专业课程的法律课程子系,并按照行动导向的要求,科学合理地整合法律课程的内容,开发简洁高效的法律教材,在教学过程中保持与专业课程之间的衔接与匹配,是突破高职对外贸易专业法律瓶颈的关键所在。How to locate the ＂legal courses＂ in the foreign trade major is always the ＂bottleneck＂ in its＂ teaching and learning reforms. In order to solve this problem, the accurate location for the ＂legal courses＂ is the key and screw to bottleneck. The ＂legal courses＂ and English courses belong to the tool courses in the foreign trade major, With Ihe issues existed in the ＂legal courses＂, what the construction of the sub-system of ＂legal courses＂ should serve for major courses system in accordance with the action-oriented requirements, scientific and rational integration of ＂legal courses＂, and efficient use of legal books in the teaching process. All these would breakthrough for the issues.
