摘  要:重新设计是整个流程再造中最富有创造性的一部分工作。这部分工作最需要想象力。In early 1990's,the trend'reengineering'blowing over the management of an American business,its full name is'Business Process Reengineering',and management guru James Champy is the promoter of this trend. The real business process reengineering is that:Even when a person is unable to perform a complete process,he still has the potential to process each person involved in the comprehensive understanding of this process, and pay attention to its results.In short,process-centric,value added by those who work in and create more jobs,eliminating the need for nonvalue added work.James Champy think that,if a enterprise want to be successful,at least to do the work in three areas:First,re-design new business processes.Second,organize a team full of level of recycling. Third,break the traditional thinking,and should have a correct view on information technology.
