摘 要:目的:建立同时测定功能性饮料中游离牛磺酸和赖氨酸的定量测定方法。方法:氨基酸分析仪定量测定。结果:同时测定功能性饮料中游离牛磺酸和赖氨酸的含量,牛磺酸和赖氨酸的最低检出限都为2 nmol/ml,线性范围都为6~100 nmol/ml,相关系数均大于0.9997,RSD均小于5%,回收率在98.7%~100.2%。结论:此方法灵敏度高,操作简单,重复性好,切实可行。Objective:To establish a quantitative method for detecting simultaneously the free amino acids in functional drinks.Methods:Quantitative determination was performed by amino acids analyzer.Results:The LOD of taurine and lysine were 2 nmol/ml.The calibration curve were linear in the range of 6~100 nmol/ml with correlation coefficients above 0.9997.The relative standard deviation was under 5% and the recovery between 98.7% and 100.2%.Conclusion:The method is sensitive,simple,stable,and have good recurrence.As a method to detect taurine and lysine in functional drinks,this method is practical and usefu1.
