摘　　要：蔡元培是民国第一位教育总长，他按照一定的理论和实践基础，主持制定了《普通教育暂行课程标准》。此项暂行课程标准蕴含着全面发展、面向世界和儿童本位等教育理念，为我们施行小学、初中和高中各科课程标准提供了有益的启迪。Cai Yuanpei is the first education chief of the Republic of China, who according to certain theoretical and practical basis, was in charge of formulating Provisional General Education Curriculum Standards, which implied education philosophies of all-round development, facing the world and children-based. It provides helpful enlightenment for our implementing the curriculum standards of every subjects in primary and secondary schools.
