大庆市生肉感染肠出血性大肠埃希菌O157：H7状况调查

摘　　要：目的了解大庆地区市场牛羊肉感染肠出血性大肠埃希菌O157：H7的情况，为食品安全检测提供依据。方法选择大庆市四个综合市场和六家超市出售的生牛羊肉标本526份，以PCR方法检测EHECO157：H7STX基因。结果526份标本检出1株EHEC0157：H7，检出率为0．19％。结论大庆市部分牛羊肉携带肠出血性大肠埃希菌O157：H7，食品安全检测有待加强。Objective Understood that Daqing bleeding large intestine Egypt to hope fungus area market cattle and sheep sex appeal dyes intestinal O157：H7 the situation, provides the basis for the food safe examination.
