摘　　要：高校的健康持续发展需要激励。激励的本质是对人的激励。科学的激励是针对人的需要的激励。高校的激励要走出理论和实践的误区,必须坚持以人为本,遵循高校的规律和特点,积极营造和谐健康的激励环境,加强激励方法和手段的创新,努力构建优良的激励机制和激励体系。The healthy and sustainable development in universities needs to be motived. The essence of motivation is aiming at peopl＇s Scientific motivation is oriented to people＇s needs. Motivation for universities should be out of misunderstanding of the theory and practice which must adhere to people-oriented, follow the rules and characteristics of universities, create a harmonious and healthy environment actively, reinforce incentives for ways and means of innovation, strive to build a good system of incentives and incentive system.
