摘　　要：对如何保证高职院校教师到企业顶岗实践的质量,本文以国家示范性高等职业院校建设过程中的实践为例,从出台管理政策等五方面营造教师到企业顶岗实践的氛围,到顶岗实践的督管过程的四个方面进行了较为细致地阐述,并对所取得的成效进行了简要的说明,具有一定的推广意义。To illustrate how to ensure the quality of enterprise internship for teachers in higher vocational colleges, one example was studied on the process of building up a national model of higher vocational college. This paper elaborated in details about the five areas of how to ereate the atmosphere of enterprise internship, like introduction of management policies, etc＇ and the four aspects of how to supervise the internship practice. Besides, the achievement was briefly discussed, which demonstrated the significance of promotion in this paper.
