摘 要:采用紫外光谱法研究熊果酸与β-环糊精(β-CD)在不同配比、不同pH和不同温度条件下的包合作用,并进行了红外光谱鉴定.结果表明:随着熊果酸与β-CD配比的增加,吸光值随之增强,增色效应明显,当n(熊果酸):n(β-CD)达到1:1时,吸光值趋于稳定;弱酸环境有利于熊果酸与β-环糊精的包合,温度升高对包含作用有利,红外光谱证明了包合物的形成.The inclusion interaction of ursolic acid(UA) andβ- cyclodextrins(β-CD) in the various molar ratio and pH environment and temperatuer were studied by UV spectra.Moreover,the inclusion compound was analysised by infrared spectrum.The results showed that the absorbency enhanced with the increase of the UA:β- CD molar ratio,and the effect of increasing color was obvious.When molar ratio reach to 1:1,the absorbency tended to stabilization.It indicated that weak acid environment and high temperature were beneficial to the inclusion of ursolic acid andβ- cyclodextrins.The results of infrared spectrum indicated that the inclusion compound has been formed.
