摘 要:采用4种调气嘴调控的塑料气调箱进行箱内气体成分变化规律及贮藏蓝莓的保鲜效果试验,结果表明:在冷藏(0±0.5)℃条件下,装有蓝莓果实的4种调气嘴调控的塑料气调箱内有相似的气体变化规律,即CO2含量不断上升,O2含量不断下降,均在22天时出现CO2明显增加现象。蓝莓贮藏75天结果表明.各处理气调箱内的气体环境均可显著地控制果实腐烂率与软果率.其中调气嘴B处理气调箱内的蓝莓果实保鲜效果最好.可保持较高的可溶性固形物含量。好果率达到91.23%。塑料箱式气调保鲜技术贮藏蓝莓适宜的气体浓度为:CO2 10%~12%,O2 6%~9%。应用该技术贮藏蓝莓可比现有其它贮藏方法延长保鲜期30~40天.Changes of air components and storage quality of blueberry in different plastic MA boxes were studied in this paper. The results showed that treatments of MA nozzle A, MA nozzle B, MA nozzle B + preservative, MA nozzle C had analogical trend that the content of CO2 went up and the content of O2 declined gradually, and the content of CO2 of all treatments increased rapidly at 22 days at 0 ℃ storage. The results of investigation indicated that MA boxes could control the emergence of fruit decay effectively, and fruit in MA box with nozzle B had higher content of total soluble solids, the lowest rates of soft fruit and decay after 75 days at 0 ℃ storage and good fruits rate was 91.23%. CO2 10%- 12% and 02 6%-9% were the better gas components for blueberry in plastic box modified atmosphere storage and it could prolong the storage time for 30-40 days compared with ordinary storage methods.
