摘　　要：从北美殖民地时期到21世纪的今天,高校社会捐赠贯穿了美国高等教育的发展史,形成了完整的制度体系。美国高校社会捐赠制度的形成、发展与成熟,是在美国特定社会历史文化背景下,在民众、高校、政府等力量的最初选择和不断强化过程中,构成了良性的制度路径依赖而达到的一个结果。From the time of North America colony to the 21st century,the social donation to the university has passed through the history of higher education in American,and has formed the integrity institutional system.The formation,the development and mature of the system of social donation to the university in American,is a result of good path dependence,and which depends on the American specific society history cultural context,and on the process of first choices and unceasing strengthens in of American populace,universities,government.
