网络关系、信任与知识共享对技术创新绩效的影响研究

摘　　要：构建网络关系、信任、知识共享与技术创新绩效相互关系的模型,并以珠三角地区的116家高科技企业为对象,运用结构方程模式进行实证研究.研究结果显示:企业间的信任程度越高,则知识共享的程度越高;与外部企业建立起的网络关系对知识共享有显著的正向影响;企业间知识共享的程度越高,则企业的技术创新绩效也越高;知识共享作为中介变量,存在于信任对技术创新绩效的影响路径、网络关系对技术创新绩效的影响路径之中.It builds a model of interactions among network relationship,trust,knowledge sharing and technology innovation performance with structural equation modeling.The sample covers 116 high-tech firms in Pearl River Delta.The results show that the higher the level of trust among firms,the higher the degree of knowledge sharing.Network relationship with external firms has a significant positive effect on knowledge sharing,and the higher the degree of knowledge sharing,the higher the firms＇ innovation efficiency,the better the firms＇ innovation benefit,and the higher the integrated technology innovation performance.As a mediator,knowledge sharing plays an important role in the two influencing paths of both trust and network relationship on technology innovation performance.
