摘　　要：非智力因素是认识活动的动力系统,良好的非智力因素有利于学生的智力发展和身心健康,有利于个体潜能得到充分的发展。在化学教学中,教师应特别重视学生非智力因素的培养,这对学生学习化学很有帮助。It is not that a intelligence factor is a dynamical system which realizes the activity,it helps students＇ intelligence to develop that a good one is not the intelligence factor sum is physically and mentally healthy,help individual latent energy to get abundant development.In chemical teaching,teachers should not especially pay attention to students the cultivation of the intelligence factor,this is very helpful for student to study chemistry.
