摘  要:采用玉米赤霉醇(Zearalanone,Zea)作为内标物,建立了液相色谱串联质谱法(LC/MS-MS)ESI-食品中的3种交链孢霉毒素的测定方法。优化了样品的前处理方法,对比了液液萃取与Micostep226、C18等2种SPE柱对提取液的净化效果,其中液液萃取法对提取液进行萃取回收率最高。方法的线性范围在0.48~480ng/mL之间,检出限在0.12~1.2ng/mL之间。采用所建立的方法对深圳市场销售的大米、花生、植物油等制品进行分析,均未检出3种交链孢霉毒素。对大米与植物油样品2个浓度水平的加标实验,回收率在60.4%~87.2%之间,RSD在7.6%~14.8%之间。The determination of alternariol and alternariol monomethyl ether in foodstuff was developed. Three cleau-up procedures including Liquid-Liquid extraction, Micostep 226 SPE and C18 SPE were applied to clean up the foodstuff extract and the better recovery was got through Liquid-Liquid extraction. The established method was linear in the range of 0.48--480 ng/mL. The detection limit of the method was 0.12-1.2 ng/mL.the method was used to determined alternaria mycotoxins in rice,peanut,vegetable oil, the mycotoxins were not found in all of sample. The recoveries of 2 levels were from 60.4 % to 87.2 %, the RSDs were from 7.6 % to 14.8 %.
