摘　　要：职业生涯设计是一个人对其一生中所承担职务的相继历程的预期和计划,科学的职业生涯设计对一个人的发展具有十分重要的作用。文章针对高职院校辅导员的职业生涯线路选择及职业生涯设计的依据和策略提出一些个人见解。Career planning refers to a continuous plan or expectation made by a person for his or her career in all his or her life. In this ease, a scientific career planning means a lot for a person＇s development. The article gives author＇s ideas on the choice of career planning direction of students＇ advisors in higher vocational colleges, its basis and strategies.
