摘　　要："以教师为中心"的传统教学模式在校长"任职资格培训"中曾发挥过其应有的作用,但不符合校长"提高培训"的特点和要求。广大的干训教师必须转变教育观念,构建新型的教学模式,开发校长潜能,提升校长的综合素质,促进校长的专业发展。The traditional teaching model of ＂Teachers center＂has ever brought some effects of theirs own into play, but it has not accorded with the needs and characteristicks of the enhance of cultivation to schoolmasters. The vast teachers as cultivational workers must change their educational ideas, construct and set up new models of teaching and learning~ develop schoolmasters＇ optential, enhand the schoolmasters＇ compositive diathesis, promote schoolmasters＇ development of their speciality.
