校企共建校内实践教学基地的探索与实践

摘　　要：随着社会经济的飞速发展,用人单位对毕业生的动手能力提出了更高的要求,校内实践教学基地建设成为应用型本科院校提高学生能力的重要手段。通过结合沈阳工程学院实践教学基地建设经验,提出了校企共建实践教学基地的主要模式及运行管理方法。指出校企共建校内实践教学基地是应用型本科院校发展的必由之路。Along with the rapid development of society and economy,employing unit puts forward higher requirements for graduate practice competence,internal practice teaching base construction becomes the important means to enhance undergraduate competence of applied four-year programme.By combining the practice teaching base construction experience of Shenyang Institute of Engineering,puts forward the main modes and operation management methods of practice teaching base jointly established by university and enterprise,gives the operation effect of actual application.Points out jointly establishing internal practice teaching base by university and enterprise is the only way to develop of applied four-year programme.
