摘 要:为了比较桌面式平台与伞形平台性能上的优劣,根据航天器动力学理论推导出三轴气浮台平台任意姿态下的不平衡力矩计算公式.将平台视为柔性体,基于运动弹性动力学方法推导出在气浮台姿态改变时平台自重变形导致的质心偏移量,并利用公式计算出桌面式平台和伞形平台在各种结构参数和载荷下的不平衡力矩,比较了桌面式平台和伞形平台的平衡敏感性和载荷适应性.计算结果表明,桌面式平台结构与伞形平台结构相比,在同一平衡点处结构各参数误差对平衡敏感性的影响小,桌面式平台比伞形平台载荷适应性好,在调整中更容易达到平衡.To compare the advantage and disadvantage of tabletop style platform and umbrella style platform in performance,the formulary for calculating the unbalance torque of three axis air bearing platform with discretional attitude was derived according to the spacecraft kinetics theory.Through taking the platform as a flexible body,the mass-center displacement resulted from the self-weight deformation of platform with changing the attitude of air-bearing testbed was deduced based on the kineto-elastodynamic method.The unbalance torque of tabletop style platform and umbrella style platform with different structural parameters and loads was calculated.The equilibrium sensitivity and load adaptability of two platforms were compared.The calculation results show that for the tabletop style platform,the structural parameter error at the same quilibrium points has less influence on the equilibrium sensitivity.Compared with the umbrella style platform,the tabletop style platform has better load adaptability and is easy to balance in the adjusting process.
