摘  要:建立了测定食糖中还原糖(葡萄糖、果糖)的方法。以NaOH淋洗液梯度淋洗,葡萄糖、果糖在CarboPacTMPA1O高效阴离子交换柱(HPAEC)上可以在35min内完成分离。使用脉冲安培检测器(PAD)进行测定,葡萄糖、果糖的检出限(进样25μL,S/N=3)分别为1μg/L、2μg/L,且均具有较宽的线性范围(0.1~100mg/L),样品测定的相对标准偏差在0.3%~3.8%之间,加标回收率在95.8%~101.0%之间。并与滴定法所测得的还原糖含量进行了比较分析,结果偏差在13.7%以内。本方法测定还原糖分离效果好、样品前处理简单、灵敏度高,适用于食糖中还原糖的分析。The method to determine the reducing sugar (glucose, fructose) in sugarcane was established. Eluent gradient elution with NaOH, glucose, fructose in the CarboPacTMPA10 high performance anion-exchange column (HPAEC) can be completed within 35 min in the separation. The use of pulsed amperometric detector (PAD) were measured, glucose, fructose detection limit (injection 25 pL, S/N=3) were 1 lag,q.,, 2 lag/L, and both have a wide linear range (0.1-100 mg/L). The relative standard deviation of the sample measured at 0.3 %-3.8 %, and recoveries at between 95.8%-101.0%; and measured with the titration of the reducing sugar content of a comparative analysis of the results within a deviation of 13.7%. The determination method shows a good separation effect and high sensitivity, requires a simple sample pre-treatment, and is suitable for the analysis of reducing sugar in sugar.
