摘　　要：证明了一个Maxwell方程的完美匹配层的的充要条件.条件的核心是吸收边界条件.这个判据可以用来检验文献中的各个模型,也可用来设计一些新的模型.最后给出了一些例子.The author proves a necessary and sufficient condition for the perfectly matched layers of the Maxwell equations. The core of the condition is the absorbing boundary condition. This criterion can be used to verify the models in the literature and design some new models. Finally some examples are shown.
