摘　　要：文章结合与生产一线企业技术人员共同研讨《路基施工技术》课程的成果,确定了路基施工技术课程的教学项目、岗位设置及岗位职责,对该课程的教学模式进行了设计与创新,确定了"项目引领、岗位驱动、项目合同设计"的教学模式,促进了学生综合职业能力的培养。The article unifies and produces enterprise technical personnel to discuss ＂Roadbed Construction technique＂ together the curriculum achievement,had determined the roadbed construction technique curriculum＇s instructional item,the post establishment and the post responsibility,to changed the curriculum the educational model to carry on the design and the innovation,had determined ＂the project eagerly anticipated,post actuation,project contract design＂ the educational model,promoted the student to synthesize the professional ability the raise.
