摘　　要：猪肚菇是一种有着极大开发前景的珍稀食用菌,对猪肚菇的学名、分类地位、生物学特性、营养价值、活性成分、液体培养栽培技术和遗传育种等方面的研究现状进行了综述,并对其开发前景和存在问题进行了展望。Panus giganteus is a very rare edible fungus with good development prospect.The present situation of scientific name,taxonomic status,biological characteristics,nutritional value,active components,liquid culture and genetic breeding of P.giganteus were introduced,while the future research prospect and problems were suggested in this paper.
