摘  要:优化超临界CO2萃取生姜油的工艺条件,提高生姜油的萃取率。以生姜油萃取率为响应值,利用单因素试验、正交试验、回归分析和响应面分析法对超临界CO2萃取生姜油的工艺条件进行系统研究。建立对萃取率可以进行较好预测的数学模型方程,证明影响萃取率的各主要因素间存在不同大小的交互作用,得到了生姜油超临界CO2萃取的最佳工艺条件:萃取压力29MPa;萃取温度50℃;萃取时间180min;解析压力5.6MPa;解析温度36℃。最佳工艺条件下生姜油萃取率为:7.461%。The conditions were optimized in supercritical CO2 fluid extraction for ginger oil. The extraction rate was improved for ginger oil. The extraction rate was used as response value. The conditions were investigated by the methods of single factor experiment, orthogonal test, regression analysis, response surface analysis. The mathematical model equation was established and the relationship could be predicted well between the extraction rate and the conditions. There was different interaction among main factors. The optimum condition of the supercritical CO2 fluid extraction for ginger oil was as follows: extraction pressure 29 MPa, extraction temperature 50 ℃ , extraction time 180 min, releasing pressure 5.6 MPa, releasing temperature 36 ℃ . The maximum extraction rate was 7.461 % for ginger oil at optimum conditions.
