摘　　要：本文论述了职业教育心理学视角下职业能力的内涵、影响职业能力形成和发展的主要因素,以及培养职业能力的六方面策略。In the vocational education psychology perspective, this article discusses about the connotation of vocational ability, the major factors in its formation and development, and six strategies of capacity--building.
