摘  要:本文主要研究了亚硝酸钠系气相防锈剂对钢试样的防锈效果。分别采用涂覆法和喷撒法制成气相防锈薄膜,通过气相防锈甄别试验及腐蚀速度计算来评价所制气相防锈薄膜对钢试样的防锈效果。结果表明,防锈剂的涂敷量不同,其防锈效果有显著的差别,当涂覆量为20g/m2时防锈效果最佳;另外制膜方法对薄膜的防锈效果也有很大的影响,采用涂覆法制备的薄膜的防锈效果优于喷撒法;防锈剂在一定环境下曝露后,所制防锈薄膜的防锈效果也有很大差异,曝露后,防锈效果减弱。The paper mainly studied the anticorrosive effect of the Nitrous acid Natrium Vapor Phase Inhibitor to the Steel Plates.Two methods were used to prepare the Vapor Phase Inhibitor Film.One method was coated with VPI;the other was spray with VCI.Then the anticorrosive effect on the Steel Plate was tested by calculating its corrosive speed.The results showed that the anticorrosive effect depends on the dosage of coating,when the dosage of coating was 20 g/m2,the effect was the best;also the anticorrosive effect depended on the making way of VCIF,it was better with coated way than with spray one;when VPI was explored in certain circumstances for some times,the anticorrosive effect was not as good as untreating ones.
