关于中医基础理论学科的范畴及其研究状况的思考

摘　　要：提出了中医基础理论学科范畴的界定,认为中医基础理论是中医理论体系中最基本的,带有普遍适应性和基础性,能为中医各分支学科所认同和利用的理论。临床实践的需求才是促进中医基础理论研究的内在动因,之所以当前中医基础理论研究未能取得重大突破,除了外部条件的制约外,亦与其原有理论尚未过时失效,理论与临床之间尚能处于协洽状态,因而要求创新突破的内部动因不足有重要关系。只有把中医基础理论研究融汇于临床,从临床中寻求其突破口和切入点,才能使中医基础理论研究沿着正确的道路健康发展。It puts forwards the boundaries of TCM basic theoretic disciplines,viewing that TCM basic theory is the most basic in the system,with popular application and foundation,and can be recognized and utilized in TCM branch disciplines.The clinical practice need is the internal reason to promote studying TCM basic theory.Why the present TCM basic theoretic study can not make big breakthrough,besides for the hindrance of external condition,it is also related with still not being out-of-season or invalidation of the primary theory,the theory and clinic being still in harmony;therefore it lacks internal dynamic reason for creation.Only melting TCM basic theoretic research into clinic,and seeking for sally port and starting point in clinic,can TCM basic theory study develop on the correct way.
