摘　　要：课程体系与教学模式改革是高职人才培养与社会需求紧密对接的重要途径。以校企合作、工学结合为切入点,基于软件服务外包职业岗位能力要求,进行课程体系与教学模式改革,形成弹性课程设置,是软件技术专业推进内涵建设满足专业人才社会需求的有效措施。During the training of software technology talents in higher vocational colleges,through the reforms of curriculum and course content,construction of teaching staff,schools and enterprises co-building training bases and teaching quality system,the software major courses are closer to the knowledge,skills and quality requirements asked by the business of software professionals,and more in line with the social development. The flexible curriculum of professional positions based on software services outsourcing makes the teaching plan more rational. Thus the students trained meet the needs of business and society to achieve professional orientation to meet market demand,and have professional characteristics.
