摘　　要：成人教育是教育体系的重要组成部分。在成人教育的教学实践中,应确立"以学员发展为本"的教育理念,从学员的实际出发,积极探索符合成人特点的教学策略,以提高成人教育的教学质量。Adult education is an important component of the education system. In order to improve the teaching quality of adult education, it should be very important to establish the＂student-oriented＂ philosophy, and to explore the proper teaching strategies from the reality of the participants which just suit the characteristics of adult education.
