小班授课在医学生沟通能力培养中的应用

摘　　要：医患沟通能力是医学生的基本能力之一，加强医学生职业素质和沟通能力的教育是医学院校培养合格医生的重要内容。上海交通大学六院临床医学院通过开设以小班授课为主要形式的医疗沟通课程，实行理论教学与临床实习1：1的课时安排，取得了较好的效果。实践证明，这是一种培养医学生沟通能力的有效方法。Communication is the basic ability of medical students. To improve the competence of communication skills and professionalism is important for all of the medical schools. Our communication course is organized in small-class-size. Every class is composed of 20 people,so students can have a lot of opportunities to exercise in mini lectures and workshops. They can contact with each other directly and face-to-face. So small-class teaching is an effective method for communication skills teaching in medical schools.
