摘　　要：介绍了采用全面质量管理中的数理统计方法评定汾酒酒质和考核评酒员的情况,不作具体统计,只是把所用方法中的一般公式查表做了说明,并说到采用这种方法的效果。This paper describes the application of mathematical statistical methods in total quality management to evaluate the quality of Fenjiu liquor and the quality of liquor assessment professionals.The general formula used,the table checking and the effect of this approach were explained without specific statistics.
