摘  要:利用酒精糟滤液和蒸馏冷却水进行拌料,调整拌料温度、加水比,采用"低温蒸煮+双酶糖化+浓醪发酵+强制冷却+多塔蒸馏"增大预热面积、调整预热温度以及采用余热回收等生产工艺,水的利用采用"一水多用+梯级使用+循环利用清污分流+分级使用"技术。The filtrate of alcoholic fermented grains and cooling water for distillation were used in rawmaterials mixing.The temperature and the ratio of water to raw materials were adjusted.The techniques such as low temperature cooking,saccharification with two enzymes,high gravity fermentation,forced cooling and multi-tower distillation,preheat area increment,preheat temperature adjustment,and waste heat recovery were explored.As respect of water utilization,the technology of a cascade and multi-utilization of water,recycling and reusing by classification was adopted.
